In simple words, drug abuse means misuse of drugs. Today drug abuse has become very popular among the youngsters. Young people take heroin, Brown Sugar, chew tobacco, and so on. Taking drugs has become a fashion, so boys and girls are easily lured in the fashion. The kinds of influence in the society has created a bad impression among many people of the world. Different measures have been taken to reduse drug abuse but all atempts has not succeeded. young people are pushing themselves into the dark shadows of death. In order to prevent youngsters from drug abuse, we should help those people who take drugs. We should help those people who have fallen into this trapand those who want to convince them of deadly effects of Drugs. And one thing, boys and girls if you have not tried taking drugs, then please don't take or try it. This is not only my voice it is is your parents, sisters ,brothersand elders' voice. So, please keep your self away from a dangerous thing, drug.

Why is it difficult to quit smoking?
The main reason why smoking is considered to be harmful because tobacco contains Nicotine. Nicotine is a colorless, oily vegetable compound derived from tobacco in which it exists on quantities ranging from 2 to 7%. Extremely toxic, nicotine may be absorbed through skin. Resistance to it varies from individual to individual when a person starts smoking, his body resists it. But then, nature has given us fantastic adaptability when smoking is continued, the body and another substance is produced which has exactly the opposite effect. This makes the person restless and uneasy and irritated if he has not smoked for sometime. When he finally smokes, Nicotine gets into his body and becomes once again restful and contended. The body’s demand and supply of Nicotine, through smoking increases gradually, and a stage comes when nothing short of chain smoking can satisfy the body’s need.

Yes, because tobacco has Nicotine in it and nicotine is a poison derived from tobacco in which it exists in quantities from 2 to 7 %. A drop of pure nicotine can kill a dog. As to its being harmful for human beings, there are conflicting opinions among the specialties. One group maintains that tobacco smoking makes the lungs susceptible to cancer. It is also believed that many people die by nicotine poisoning than there really is no harmful effect of tobacco smoking. On the contrary, evidences have been found that smoking can save a person from catching diseases like malaria and sleeping sickness. It is also believed that tobacco is a secret of disinfectant. This makes us answer our question in the negative.
HIV AIDS

HIV AIDS, abbreviated by the words, human Immune Deficiency Virus – Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndromes. If the meaning of these words is considered then we will find out that it is a peculiar type of disease which influences the micro organism life guard. Our body loses the power of protection from any outside disease. So, it should be considered carefully that AIDS, itself, does not show its symptoms clearly. If this disease influences any body then he or she should be careful that any other disease should not catch him or her because it may cause death of a person as his body lacks the power of fighting against the virus or bacteria of that disease.
AIDS, first appeared in 1985 in a kind of monkey mammals in Africa. In Nepal 33, 500 Nepalese had been pronounced HIV positive by the end of the year 2000. Among them 60% were nearly under age of 30, and over 10% were adolescents.
Injected drug use is fueling the rapid speed of HIV in Nepal. HIV prevalence’s went up from 2.2% in 1995 to nearly 50% by 1999 among injecting drug user (IUDs), who numbered around 20, 000 as of 1999.
The transmission of HIV in Nepal follows a pattern quite common in order developing countries. AIDS disease is caused by the unlawful sexual relationship with unwanted or many person and is also cause by wound, saliva, sharp knives and sharp metal which transfers blood from one person to another. It does not get transmitted by using combs, hugging, shaking hands and sitting close.
To prevent from AIDS, people should conduct safe sex with their own sex partners. They must use CONDOMS. They should have knowledge about the disease AIDS.
A person who is affected by AIDS, starts showing up the symptoms after some years. They feel weak, tired and lean and thin. More time is taken to recover their wounds. Their last destination is death. Our society hate or ignore these diseased person but we should give them love, sympathy and caring. These are better medicine than chemical medicine.
So AIDS is the most dangerous disease that is why all of us must have good knowledge against its prevention.
